Wedding Day with Me
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and my goal is to capture it in the most natural, beautiful way possible. From our first conversation to the moment you receive your final photos, I want the entire experience to feel effortless and enjoyable for you. Here’s what you can expect when working with me—from booking to the final delivery of your wedding memories.
1. Getting to Know Each Other
The journey starts with a conversation. Once you reach out to me, we’ll schedule a meeting — either in person, via video call, or through a phone call. This is our chance to get to know each other, and for me to learn more about your wedding plans, vision, and what you’re looking for in your photographer. I want to make sure we’re a great fit, as your comfort with me is essential for natural, beautiful photos.
2. Booking and Preparing for Your Wedding
After our meeting, if you decide to move forward, we’ll sign a contract and I’ll require a 30% deposit to secure your wedding date. This helps lock in your spot, especially during peak wedding seasons. Once booked, we’ll start planning the details. If you’d like, we can set up another call to discuss any specific shots or locations that are important to you. You can also ask me for advice on things like the timeline, lighting, or other details to make sure your day goes smoothly.
3. The Engagement Shoot (Optional)
If you’ve added an engagement shoot or “Love Story” session to your package, we’ll schedule that. It’s a great chance for you to get comfortable in front of the camera, and for me to learn more about your personalities. These photos can be taken before your wedding, and you’ll have them ready a week before the big day.
4. On the Wedding Day
On your wedding day, my goal is to capture authentic moments that truly reflect your love and the atmosphere of the day. I’ll work in the background, blending in as much as possible, so you can enjoy the day without feeling constantly posed. I’ll guide you gently for group shots, portraits, or any special moments, but I focus on letting the emotions and energy of the day shine through. Whether it’s a tearful moment during vows or the fun of your first dance, I’ll be there to capture it all.
5. After the Wedding
Once the wedding is over, I get to work on editing your images. This usually takes around 3 months because I believe in giving each photo the attention it deserves. During this time, I carefully edit every image, adjusting lighting, colors, and doing light retouching where needed. The result is a collection of images that tell the story of your day, perfectly balanced and ready to cherish for a lifetime. If you need a quicker turnaround, I offer expedited editing for an additional fee of €300.
6. Receiving Your Photos
When your photos are ready, you’ll receive access to your online gallery. From there, you can easily download your high-resolution images, and share them with your family and friends. The gallery also allows you to order prints or a custom photo album if you’d like.
7. Custom Photo Album (Optional)
If you’ve chosen to order a photo album, I’ll work with you to design a beautiful, custom wedding album. These albums are hand-crafted, and we’ll choose the layout, style, and cover together. Once the design is approved, the album will be sent off to print and will arrive soon after. I work with premium book printers to ensure your album is of the highest quality.
